4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring that:
1.Wall surfaces are clean, dry, and suitable for printing
2.Access to the printing area is available at the agreed time
3.All required permissions are obtained prior to project execution

INK WALL is not responsible for print quality issues caused by unsuitable wall surfaces or environmental conditions beyond our control.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the final design before printing begins.

Once printing has started, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are possible.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All designs, images, and printed content remain the intellectual property of INK WALL.

The company reserves the right to use images or videos of completed projects for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes

6. Cancellations & Changes

Any changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Additional costs may apply depending on the project stage at the time of cancellation.

7. Liability

INK WALL shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
